هیوا عزیزپور، شهروند اهل شهرستان سقز، توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب این شهرستان به سه سال و سه ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. این حکم در تاریخ 3 مرداد توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب سقز صادر و به وی ابلاغ شد. اتهامات شامل عضویت در جمعیت های معارض کشور و تبلیغ علیه نظام بوده است. با اعمال ماده ۱۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی، مجازات اشد یعنی سی و یک ماه و پانزده روز حبس برای وی قابل اجرا خواهد بود. حکم صادره ظرف مهلت بیست روز از تاریخ ابلاغ قابل تجدیدنظرخواهی در محاکم تجدیدنظر استان کردستان است. هیوا عزیزپور در تاریخ 18 اسفند 1401 در منزل شخصی بازداشت و پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی با تودیع وثیقه به صورت موقت از زندان سقز آزاد شده بود.

Hiwa Azizpour, a resident of Saqqez County, has been sentenced to three years and three months of imprisonment by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Saqqez. This sentence was issued and communicated to him on 3 August by the court. The charges include membership in opposition groups and propaganda against the regime. Under Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, the most severe punishment, which is thirty-one months and fifteen days of imprisonment, will be enforceable. The issued sentence can be appealed within twenty days from the date of notification in the Kurdistan Province Court of Appeals. Hiwa Azizpour was arrested at his home on 9 March 2023 and was temporarily released from Saqqez prison after completing the interrogation process by posting bail.
