به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، صفا عائلی، آزاد امینی، هیوا طاطایی، امید مقدس، سمیرا احمدی، هیرو قدیمی و هیوا جهانی، هفت شهروند اهل و ساکن شهرستان سقز، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند. آزادی هر یک از این شهروندان با تودیع قرارهای وثیقه به مبلغ ۱ میلیارد و ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی صورت گرفته است. در این گزارش به مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات یا اتهام تفهیم شده به هر یک از آنها اشاره ای نشده است. صفا عائلی در تاریخ ۱۴ شهریور ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان سقز بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی سقز منتقل شده بود.

He was arrested by security forces on the evening of Friday, 22nd Farvardin 1403 (11th April 2025) and transferred to Saqqez Prison.
According to reports from human rights organisations in Iran, seven residents of Saqqez, identified as Safa Aali, Azad Amini, Hiwa Tataei, Omid Moghaddas, Samira Ahmadi, Hiro Ghadimi, and Hiwa Jahani, have been released on bail following the completion of interrogations and the formalisation of charges. Each individual's release was secured with a bail amount of 1 billion and 200 million tomans, pending the conclusion of legal proceedings. The report did not specify the legal nature of the charges against them. Safa Aali was arrested by security forces in Saqqez on 5 September 2023 and was subsequently transferred to a detention centre of a security agency. After undergoing interrogation and being formally charged, Aali was moved to the central prison in Saqqez.
