Mobin Abdollahi, a resident of Shavankareh village in Ravansar County, Kermanshah, travelled to Javanrud to assist a friend in setting up and renting a coffee house. On 17 November 2019, during widespread protests, demonstrators were on the streets around 4 p.m., and security forces were firing at the crowd. Mobin, along with his friends, was observing the scene from the second floor of the coffee house, located opposite a shopping centre, when a bullet struck him under the arm, causing him to fall. The incident was captured by the coffee house's security camera.
He held an associate degree in accounting, had been married for seven months, and owned a coffee house.

مبین برای کمک به راه اندازی و اجاره قهوه خانه برای یکی از دوستانش به جوانرود رفته بود، روز ۲۶ آبان ۱۳۹۸در جریان اعتراضات سراسری حدود ساعت ۴ بعدازظهر مردم معترض در خیابان بودند و نیروهای امنیتی به سمت مردم تیراندازی می کردند، مبین به همراه دوستانش در طبقه دوم قهوه خانه که مقابل یک پاساژ بود از پنجره بیرون را نگاه می کرد که ناگهان یک گلوله به زیر بغل او اصابت کرد و بر زمین افتاد، صحنه این جنایت توسط دوربین مداربسته قهوه خانه ثبت شده بود.
او فوق دیپلم حسابداری بود و ۷ ماه بود که ازدواج کرده بود و صاحب یک قهوه خانه بود .
