Mohammad Hossein Hosseinzadeh was one of the individuals killed on 9 January 2026 in Fardis, Karaj. Reports indicate that he was among a group of protesting citizens in front of his home when he was fatally shot in the head with live ammunition.
It has been reported that despite being shot in front of his house, his body was quickly removed from the scene. His family searched for him in hospitals, clinics, and the coroner's office for several days, but there was no news. Eventually, a nurse at a hospital identified his image and advised the family to visit the Behesht Sakineh morgue.
The family of Mohammad Hossein found him among images of deceased individuals labelled as "unknown and unidentified." Reports suggest that there were many bodies in the morgue, and they were being transported by trucks and minibuses.
Sources close to the deceased young man stated that large sums of money were previously demanded from the families of the deceased. On 12 January, the number of bodies at the Behesht Sakineh coroner's office increased, and due to a lack of space, bodies were left on the ground. Families were not permitted to bury the bodies wherever they wished.
Reports indicate that a burial permit for Mohammad Hossein Hosseinzadeh was issued for Behesht Ali near Eshtehard. However, his family managed to bury him in Shahriar, close to where his family lived.

گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که محمدحسین حسین زاده در مقابل در خانه اش و در میان گروهی از شهروندان معترض بود که با شلیک مستقیم تیر جنگی به جمجمه کشته شد.
گفته شده است که با وجود تیر خوردن مقابل خانه اش، پیکر او به سرعت از آنجا منتقل شد. خانواده اش چند روز به دنبال او در بیمارستان ها، درمانگاه ها و پزشکی قانونی جستجو کردند، اما خبری نبود. در نهایت، یک پرستار در بیمارستان تصویر او را شناسایی کرد و به خانواده اش توصیه کرد به سردخانه بهشت سکینه مراجعه کنند.
خانواده محمدحسین او را از میان تصاویر کشته شدگان که برچسب "مجهول و ناشناس" داشتند، پیدا کردند. گزارش ها نشان می دهد که در سردخانه، تعداد زیادی کشته وجود داشت و پیکرها با کامیون و مینی بوس منتقل می شدند.
منابع نزدیک به این جوان کشته شده می گویند که تا پیش از آن از خانواده کشته شدگان تقاضای پول های کلان می شد. در 22 دی، تعداد پیکرها در پزشکی قانونی بهشت سکینه افزایش یافت و به دلیل کمبود جا، پیکرها روی زمین مانده بودند. به خانواده ها اجازه داده نمی شد که پیکرها را در هر جایی که می خواهند دفن کنند.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که مجوز دفن پیکر محمدحسین حسین زاده برای بهشت علی در نزدیکی اشتهارد صادر شد. اما خانواده او موفق شدند پیکرش را در شهریار، نزدیک محل زندگی خانواده اش، دفن کنند.
