A resident of the city of Landeh in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province was killed by direct fire from government repression forces during the protests on the evening of Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (9 January 2026), in the city of Bushehr.
Government institutions extorted 450 million tomans from the family in exchange for handing over the body of this young victim and pressured them to distort the facts, portray the killing as something other than a state crime, and blame protesters for his death.
