Nika Shakrami was born on October 2, 2005 in Khorram Abad and had the origin of Lor. She was interested in art and was studying at a conservatory in Tehran and working in a cafe. Nika's parents were both from Khorramabad, her father's job was a contractor, her mother Nasreen Shakrami is an artist and a housewife. He also has an older sister named Ida. Nika's father died in 2013 when she was 8 years old, after the death of her husband, her mother migrated to Fardis Karaj with her children to be close to her paternal family. Nika lived in Fardis until the year before he was murdered, when he migrated to Tehran to study. According to Nika's relatives, he was a kind artist who had several arts and skills and had a special skill in painting.
Nika Shakrami went missing on September 20, 2023 in Tehran's Keshavarz Blvd. On September 29, 2022, her body was identified in Kahrizak by his family. In her last call, she said that she was running away from the officers.
The government tried to show her death as a fall from a height and suicide, and they showed a photo of her falling to the ground. But her mother rejected the government's claim that she fell from a height and said: "I myself saw my daughter's body many times after receiving her body and her whole body was completely healthy and there were no fractures or bruises on her arms and legs. "He was hit very hard and his skull was crushed and his jaw was broken."
Some reliable sources have raised the possibility of sexual assault and theft of his internal organs by the forces of the Islamic Republic due to the presence of suture marks and autopsy on Shakrami's body.
Her body was stolen by security agents and buried secretly.
نیکا شاکرمی متولد ۱۰ مهر ۱۳۸۴ در خرم آباد بود و اصالتی لُر داشت. او به هنر علاقه داشت و در تهران در هنرستان تحصیل می کرد و در کافه ای مشغول به کار بود. پدر و مادر نیکا هر دو اهل خرم آباد بودند، شغل پدرش پیمانکاری بود، مادرش نسرین شاکرمی هنرمند و خانه دار است. همچنین او یک خواهر بزرگتر به نام آیدا دارد. پدر نیکا در سال ۱۳۹۲ درحالی که او ۸ ساله بود درگذشت، مادر او پس از درگذشت همسرش برای نزدیک بودن به خانواده پدری اش با فرزندانش به فردیس کرج مهاجرت کرد. نیکا تا سال قبل از به قتل رسیدنش در فردیس زندگی می کرد که برای تحصیل به تهران مهاجرت کرد. به گفته نزدیکان نیکا، وی هنرمندی مهربان بود که چندین هنر و مهارت داشت و در نقاشی از مهارت ویژه ای برخوردار بود.
نیکا شاکرمی ۲۹ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در بلوار کشاورز تهران مفقود شد. ۷ مهر ۱۴۰۱ جسد او در کهریزک توسط خانواده اش شناسایی شد. او در آخرین تماسش گفته بود در حال فرار از دست مأموران است.
دولت سعی داشت مرگ او را افتادن از بلندی و خودکشی نشان دهد و عکسی از او را در حالی که بر زمین افتاده نشان دادند. ولی مادرش در رد ادعای حکومت مبنی بر سقوط او از ارتفاع گفت: «من خودم بارها بدن دخترم را پس از تحویل گرفتن جسد او رؤیت کردم و تمام بدن او کاملاً سالم بود و هیچ شکستگی و کبودی در دست و پاهای او نبود. یک ضربه خیلی شدید خورده بود و جمجمه اش به تو رفته بود و فکش شکسته شده بود.»
برخی منابع معتبر، به دلیل وجود رد بخیه و کالبد شکافی در بدن شاکرمی احتمال تجاوز جنسی و سرقت اعضای داخلی بدن او توسط نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی را مطرح کرده اند.
پیکر او توسط مأموران امنیتی دزدیده و مخفیانه به خاک سپرده شد.
