وحید خان صنمی، یکی از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404، به اتهام محاربه توسط شعبه 15 دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست ابوالقاسم صلواتی به اعدام محکوم شده است. جلسه دادگاه وی در اردیبهشت ماه 1405 برگزار شده بود. وحید خان صنمی در اسفند 1404 در ارتباط با اعتراضات دی ماه بازداشت و در حال حاضر در زندان تهران بزرگ نگهداری می شود.
