Biouk Pashaei, aged 47, was one of those killed during the protests on January 9, 2026, in Fardis, Karaj.
A source close to the Pashaei family reported that around 8 PM on January 9, he was shot in the back of the head by security forces at the second square of Fardis, Karaj. The bullet exited through his temple, and bystanders dragged his blood-soaked body into a parking lot.
The source added that he was a father of two children and had been a merchant on Malard Road for 30 years. He was known for his generosity, supporting street children and orphans. He had a big heart and helped anyone in need as much as he could, caring for the elderly and disadvantaged children. His loss was deeply felt.
On the evening of January 9, before 8 PM, phone calls were being made. The Pashaei family repeatedly called his phone until an unknown woman answered his sister's call. His sister was unaware that he had gone to the protests and had called to check on him. The woman informed her that his blood-soaked body was at a specific address. His sister and her son quickly went there because they lived nearby.
The streets were chaotic, with widespread protests despite the killings, making it difficult to move around. The nephew's car, amidst the turmoil, was headed to the hospital and was hit by pellets, putting them at risk of being killed too. At the hospital, he still showed signs of life, but they refused to admit him.
Doctors and nurses stated they were not allowed to treat the protest injuries, and there was no time to transfer him to another hospital. He succumbed to his injuries there due to their severity.
The source close to the Pashaei family stated that the body was transferred to "Behesht Sakineh" in Karaj. It took two days to release the body and issue a burial permit. The family was pressured to declare him a martyr, but they refused. Ultimately, even though he had previously purchased two graves in Behesht Sakineh, the burial permit was issued for Kalak.
The neighborhood of "Kalak" is one of the oldest settlements in Karaj, located at the entrance of the city. It was once a charming orchard village known as Kalak Orchard but is now considered remote. It has only a small cemetery, and his body was buried at the end of that cemetery. The family was given two graves in place of those in Behesht Karaj.
The Pashaei family was required to hold the mourning ceremony "in silence without slogans against the government." Plainclothes officers were even sent to record videos of the attendees and the ceremony.

«بیوک پاشایی» ۴۷ساله یکی از کشته شدگان اعتراضات جمعه ۱۹دی۱۴۰۴ در فردیس کرج است.
به گفته یک منبع نزدیک به خانواده پاشایی او حوالی ۸شب ۱۹دی در فلکه دوم فردیس کرج از ناحیه پشت سر مورد اصابت گلوله ماموران سرکوب جمهوری اسلامی قرار گرفت: «گلوله از شقیقه اش خارج شده بود. پیکر غرق به خونش را مردمی که آن جا بودند داخل یک پارکینگ کشاندند.»
این فرد آگاه می گوید: «او پدر دو کودک و کاسب ۳۰ساله جاده ملارد بود. خیلی دست به خیر بود. حامی کودکان کار و خیابان و بچه های بی سرپرست بود. دل بزرگی داشت و به هر آدمی که نیاز داشت در حد وسع اش کمک می کرد. هوای زنان و مردان سالمند و بچه های بی سرپرست یا بدسرپرست را داشت. خیلی حیف بود.»
شامگاه ۱۹دی تا پیش از ساعت ۸شب تماس های تلفنی برقرار می شد. خانواده بیوک پاشایی غروب بارها با تلفن او تماس می گیرند تا اینکه در نهایت
زن ناشناسی پاسخ خواهر بیوک را می دهد: «خواهرش اطلاع نداشت که رفته اعتراضات. تماس گرفته بود حالش را بپرسد. زنی جواب می دهد که پیکر او غرق خون در این آدرس است. خواهر و پسر خواهرش خودشان را می رسانند چون منزلشان نزدیک بود.»
خیابان اما قیامت است. اعتراضات گسترده شده و به رغم کشتار جمعیت زیادی از مردم در خیابان ها هستند و عبور و مرور به سختی انجام می شود: «ماشین خواهرزاده بیوک از دل این وضعیت به سمت بیمارستان در حرکت بوده و کلی ساچمه خورده ممکن بود آن ها هم کشته شوند. داخل بیمارستان هم هنوز علایم حیاتی داشته اما پذیرشش نمی کنند.»
پزشکان و پرستاران می گویند اجازه رسیدگی به زخمی های اعتراضات را نداریم و فرصتی برای انتقالش به بیمارستان دیگر نمی ماند او همانجا به دلیل شدت جراحت جان خود را از دست می دهد.
به گفته منبع نزدیک به خانواده پاشایی پیکر را به «بهشت سکینه» کرج منتقل می کنند: « دو روز طول کشید تا پیکر را بدهند و جواز دفن صادر کنند. تحت فشارشان گذاشتند که شهید اعلام کنند اما خانواده به هیچ وجه نپذیرفتند. در نهایت هم با این که او از قبل دو قبر در بهشت سکینه خریداری کرده بود جواز دفن برای کلاک صادر شد.»
محله «کلاک» یکی از قدیمی ترین سکونت گاه های کرج بوده است. جایی در ابتدای ورودی شهر کرج روستایی که تا چند دهه قبل باغی دلربا بودبیشتر باغ کلاک نامیده می شد. حالا اما جایی پرت به حساب می آید.: «تنها یک قبرستان کوچک دارد. پیکر او را جایی در انتهای همان قبرستان به خاک سپردند. دو قبر به جای آن ها که در بهشت کرج دادند به خانواده دادند.»
با این همه از خانواده بیوک پاشایی تعهد گرفتند که مراسم سوگواری را در «سکوت بدون شعار علیه حکومت» برگزار کنند. حتی مامورهای لباس شخصی را فرستادند تا از حاضران و مراسم ویدیو بگیرند.
پیکر بیوک میرزایی حامی ده ها کودک کار و کاسب خوش نام و همسایه مهربان منظریه کرج ۲۲دی۱۴۰۴ در گوشه ای از آرامستان کلاک به خاک سپرده شد.
