On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Javad Heidarian, a journalist and media activist in the field of environmental issues residing in Tehran, was summoned to Branch 9 of the Investigation Office at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of District 38 (Moral Security Crimes) in Tehran for clarification of charges and the formation of a legal case.
According to the notification issued by the assistant prosecutor of Branch 9 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of District 38 (Moral Security Crimes) in Tehran, which was sent to this media activist, Javad Heidarian must appear at the prosecutor's office within 5 days to present his defense regarding the charge of "spreading immorality through the publication of dance images and unveiling at the Lidoma Cultural Festival."
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۱ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، جواد حیدریان، خبرنگار و فعال رسانه ای حوزه محیط زیست، ساکن تهران، برای تفهیم اتهام و تشکل پرونده قضایی به شعبه ۹ بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ناحیه ۳۸ (جرائم امنیت اخلاقی) تهران فراخوانده شد.
با توجه به ابلاغیه صادره توسط دادیار شعبه ۹ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ناحیه ۳۸(جرائم امنیت اخلاقی) تهران، که برای این فعال رسانه ای ارسال شده جواد حیدریان، باید ظف مدت ۵ روز برای ارائه دفاعیات خود از از بابت اتهام(اشاعه فحشا از طریق انتشار تصاویر رقص و کشف حجاب در جشنواره فرهنگی لیدوما) به آن دادسرا مراجعه کند.
