According to Human Rights in Iran, quoting the Baloch Activists Campaign, in recent days, Mujib Rahman Karmazahi, born in 2002, a Sunni citizen from Khash County and a resident of Zahedan, the capital of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment by a judge in a Zahedan court.
The report does not mention the charges listed in the indictment against Mujib Rahman Karmazahi, nor the branch and type of court that issued the verdict.
It should be noted that Mujib Rahman Karmazahi was arrested by security forces in Zahedan on October 20, 2023, and after undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was transferred to Zahedan Central Prison.
Mujib Rahman Karmazahi is a student of the Makki Mosque, a Sunni mosque in Zahedan.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، طی روزهای گذشته، مجیب الرحمن کرمزهی، متولد: ۱۳۸۱، اهل شهرستان خاش، شهروند اهل سنت، ساکن زاهدان مرکز استان سیستان بلوچستان، توسط قاضی دادگاهی در زاهدان، به تحمل ۲ سال حبس تعزیری، محکوم شد.
در این گزارش، به اتهام مندرج در کیفرخواست صادره بر علیه مجیب الرحمن کرمزهی و نام شعبه و نوع دادگاه صادر کننده حکم مذکور اشاره نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، مجیب الرحمن کرمزهی، در تاریخ ۲۸ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر زاهدان، بازداشت و پس از طی راحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی زاهدان منتقل شد.
مجیب الرحمن کرمزهی، از طلاب مسجد مکی مسجد اهل سنت زاهدان است.
