فرشید حسن زهی و جمشید حسن زهی نیز در آذرماه ۱۴۰۱ به اتهام حمله به پاسگاه چشمه زیارت زاهدان بازداشت شدند. خانواده های این دو زندانی می گویند آنان در مدت بازداشت در اداره اطلاعات زاهدان تحت شکنجه های شدید جسمی و روحی قرار گرفته و مجبور به اعترافات اجباری شده اند. جلسه دادگاه این دو زندانی در آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲ به صورت آنلاین و بدون حضور وکیل برگزار شد. در نهایت، فرشید حسن زهی به اتهام قتل یک نیروی انتظامی به اعدام و جمشید حسن زهی به اتهام معاونت در قتل، به ۲۵ سال حبس محکوم شد.

Jamshid Hasanzehi 29 years old son of Abdolghani was on November 24, 2022 and has been sentenced to execution plus 25 years imprisonment in one on line court session held on November 12, 2023.
Farshid Hassan-Zahi and Jamshid Hassan-Zahi were arrested in December 2022 on charges related to an attack on the Cheshmeh Ziarat police station in Zahedan. According to their families, both individuals were subjected to severe physical and psychological torture during their detention at the Zahedan Intelligence Office, leading to forced confessions. Their court session was held online in November 2023 without the presence of legal counsel. Ultimately, Farshid Hassan-Zahi was sentenced to death for the murder of a law enforcement officer, while Jamshid Hassan-Zahi received a 25-year prison sentence for complicity in the murder.
