مرتضی زمانی و مهدی رنجبر، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404 که یک پرونده قضایی مشترک دارند، به صورت بلاتکلیف در زندان شاهرود نگهداری می شوند. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که علت بازداشت آنها تخریب و آتش زدن اموال عمومی عنوان شده است. این افراد در تاریخ 18 دی 1404، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری در خیابان ایستگاه شهر شاهرود بازداشت و سپس به زندان این شهرستان منتقل شدند.
Morteza Zamani and Mehdi Ranjbar, who were detained during the protests in January 2026 and share a joint legal case, are being held without resolution in Shahroud prison. Reports indicate that they were arrested on charges of vandalising and setting fire to public property. These individuals were detained on 8 January 2026 during nationwide protests on Station Street in the city of Shahroud and subsequently transferred to the local prison.
