در تاریخ 19 دی ماه 1404، ایمان نوروزی، شهروند ۲۱ ساله فارس و ساکن تهران، در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در منطقه نازی آباد این شهر با شلیک مستقیم گلوله به ناحیه پهلو و سر جان باخت. گزارش شده است که پیکر بی جان این شهروند به مدت دو روز به دلیل فضای امنیتی و فشار نهادهای مربوطه در حیاط خانه شان باقی ماند و امکان برگزاری مراسم تشییع و تدفین را از خانواده سلب کرده بود. در نهایت، پیکر ایمان نوروزی در قطعه شهدا بهشت زهرا تهران به خاک سپرده شد. همچنین گزارش شده است که نهادهای حکومتی خانواده او را تحت فشار قرار دادند تا او را به عنوان "شهید" معرفی کنند، اما خانواده با این موضوع مخالفت کردند.

On 9 January 2026, Iman Nowruzi, a 21-year-old Fars citizen residing in Tehran, died from direct gunfire to the side and head during public protests in the Naziabad area of the city. It was reported that his lifeless body remained in the courtyard of their home for two days due to the security situation and pressure from relevant authorities, preventing the family from holding a funeral and burial ceremony. Eventually, Iman Nowruzi's body was buried in the Martyrs' Section of Behesht-e Zahra in Tehran. It was also reported that government authorities pressured his family to label him as a "martyr," but the family opposed this.
