An individual was sentenced to 7 months and 16 days in a correctional facility for the charge of "committing acts against public order and conspiracy to commit crimes against national security" through participation in protests. Additionally, the individual received a sentence of 7 months and 16 days in the same facility and a fine of one million tomans for the charge of "manufacturing explosives." For the charge of "possession and distribution of explosives," a fine of four million tomans and an additional one million tomans were imposed. The most severe punishment will be enforced, considering the time already spent in detention.
Zahra Rabbani was summoned to the police station on 4 January and was required to commit to not participating in gatherings. On 5 January, she was detained by government forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and was released after 45 days in detention.
وی بابت اتهام «ارتکاب بزه اجتماع و تبانی جهت ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت داخلی کشور» از طریق حضور در اعتراضات به ۷ ماه و ۱۶ روز حبس در کانون اصلاح و تربیت، بابت اتهام «ساخت مواد منفجره» به ۷ ماه و ۱۶ روز حبس تعزیری در کانون اصلاح و تربیت و پرداخت یک میلیون تومان جزای نقدی بعنوان یک تا دو برابر ارزش مواد منفجره و به اتهام «حمل و توزیع مواد منفجره» به چهار میلیون تومان جزای نقدی و یک میلیون تومان بعنوان یک تا دو برابر ارزش مواد منفجره با احتساب ایام پیشین بازداشت محکوم شد که مجازات اشد برای وی قابل اجراست.
زهرا ربانی ۱۴ دی ماه به کلانتری احضار و در خصوص عدم شرکت در تجمعات از وی تعهد اخذ شده بود و ۱۵ دی ماه توسط نیروهای حکومتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تحت بازداشت قرار گرفت و پس از ۴۵ روز بازداشت آزاد شد.
