According to Human Rights in Iran, on Saturday, September 23, 2023, Shahab Nadali, born in 1983, married, with a 12-year-old daughter, a resident of Hamedan, is detained and in limbo in Evin Prison. More than 103 days have passed since his arrest, and he is deprived of the basic rights of an accused.
A person close to the family of this accused told the Human Rights in Iran reporter: "The basis for Mr. Nadali's arrest was his activities on social media and his connections with some political individuals. After 103 days of detention and interrogation in wards 209 and 240 of Evin Prison, he remains in limbo."
It should be noted that Shahab Nadali was arrested on September 8, 2023, in Hamedan Province by security agents. Since the case handler was the Ministry of Intelligence in Tehran, he was transferred for interrogation and case formation to ward 209 of the security institution and then to ward 240 of the Judiciary's Information Protection.
Due to the lack of proper response from the prosecutor's office and the arresting security agency to the family of this accused, no information has been obtained so far regarding the legal grounds for Shahab Nadali's charges.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۱ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، شهاب نادعلی، متولد: ۱۳۶۲، متاهل، دارای ۱ دختر ۱۲ ساله، اهل و ساکن همدان، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان اوین، پس از گذشت بیش از ۱۰۳ روز از تاریخ دستگیری از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم است.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این متهم در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”مبنی بازداشت آقای نادعلی، فعالیتهای وی در فضای مجازی و ارتباط وی با برخی افراد سیاسی، عنوان شده و پس از گذشت ۱۰۳ روز از بازداشت و مراحل بازجویی ها در بند ۲۰۹ و ۲۴۰ زندان اوین، در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد.”
لازم به اشاره است، شهاب نادعلی، در تاریخ ۱۷ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، در استان همدان، توسط ماموران امنیتی، دستگیر و با توجه به اینکه ضابط پرونده وی وزارت اطلاعات در تهران بود او را برای بازجویی ها و تشکیل پرونده به بند ۲۰۹ آ» نهاد امنیتی و سپس بند ۲۴۰ حفاظت اطلاعات قوه قضائیه منتقل کردند.
با توجه به عدم پاسخگویی صحیح از سوی بازپرسی و نهاد امنیتی دستگیر کننده به خانواده این متهم از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات شهاب نادعلی تا این لحظه اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
