On Thursday, September 28, 2023, Afkham Moradian, a resident of Saqqez County in Kurdistan Province, was released from Saqqez Central Prison after completing interrogations and being formally charged, upon posting bail.
According to the report, Afkham Moradian must await notification for a possible re-investigation session or trial.
Despite Afkham Moradian's release on bail, there is no information available regarding the specific legal charges brought against them.
It is worth mentioning that Afkham Moradian was arrested by security forces in Saqqez on June 20, 2023, and was transferred to Sanandaj, the capital of Kurdistan Province, for investigations and interrogations. After completing the interrogation process, they were transferred to Saqqez Prison on September 19, 2023.

براساس این گزارش، افخم مرادیان باید در انتظار دریافت ابلاغیه برای حضور در جلسه بازپرسی مجدد یا محاکمه باشد.
علیرغم آزادی افخم مرادیان با تودیع قرار وثیقه اما از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات تفهیم شده به وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، افخم مرادیان، در تاریخ ۳۰ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران امنیتی در شهرستان سقز، بازداشت و برای تحقیقات و بازجویی ها به شهر سنندج مرکز استان کردستان، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها در تاریخ ۲۸ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲ به زندان سقز منتقل شده بود.
