On Thursday, March 28, 2024, Saeedeh Samira Sabouri, born in 1983 and residing in Tehran, a political prisoner held in Evin Prison, is serving a nine-month sentence.
A source close to the family of this political prisoner stated that the reason for the case and Ms. Sabouri's sentencing to nine months in prison by Judge Afshari was her activities on social media and the publication of content on her personal Instagram page.
On December 11, 2024, Saeedeh Samira Sabouri's family home was searched by security forces, and after some personal items such as her mobile phone were confiscated, she was informed that she was prohibited from leaving Tehran province. She was summoned once to the Cyber Police and twice to the Ministry of Intelligence's Supervision and Follow-up Department in Tehran for questioning. Subsequently, she was summoned to the interrogation branch of the District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, and after undergoing interrogation and being charged, she was released on bail.
During the trial, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari, head of Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran, Saeedeh Samira Sabouri was sentenced to one year in prison for propaganda activities against the regime on social media. However, she was acquitted of the charge of insulting Islamic sanctities through the publication of images, and a non-prosecution order was issued for her.
After the verdict was announced and an appeal was filed, her one-year prison sentence was reduced by a quarter, and Saeedeh Samira Sabouri was sentenced to serve a nine-month term.
On December 26, 2023, following a summons to the first branch of the Execution of Sentences Office of the District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, Saeedeh Samira Sabouri was arrested and transferred to the women's ward of Evin Prison to serve her nine-month prison sentence.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز پنجشنبه ۹ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۳، سعیده سمیرا صبوری، متولد: ۱۳۶۲، ساکن تهران، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، در حال سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری ۹ ماهه خود است.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این زندانی سیاسی در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”علت تشکیل این پرونده و محکومیت خانم صبوری به ۹ ما حبس تعزیری توسط قاضی افشاری، فعالیت وی در فضای مجازی و انتشار مطالب در صفحه شخصی اینستاگرامش بوده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، در تاریخ ۲۱ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۳، منزل خانوادگی سعیده سمیرا صبوری، توسط ماموران امنیتی، تفتیش و پس از توقیف برخی لوازم شخصیاز قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه، سپس به وی اعلام شد که حق خروج از استان تهران را ندارد و برای بازجویی ۱ مرحله به پلیس فتا و ۲ مرحله به اداره نظارت و پیگیری وزارت اطلاعات در تهران، احضار شد و پس از مدتی در پی احضار ب شعبه بازپرسی داسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران و طی مراحل بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
سعیده سمیرا صبوری، در مراحل دادرسی، توسط قاضی ایمان افشاری ـ رئیس شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، از بابت اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام در فضای مجازی به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری و از اتهام توهین به مقدسات اسلامی در فضای مجازی از طریق انتشار تصاویر نیز تبرئه و قرار منع تعقیب وی صادر شد.
پس از ابلاغ حکم و اعلام تسلیم به رای درپی کاهش یک چهارم از حبس تعزیری ۱ ساله، سعیده سمیرا صبوری، به تحمل ۹ ماه حبس تعزیری لازم به اجرا محکوم شد.
سعیده سمیرا صبوری، در تاریخ ۵ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی احضار به شعبه اول اجرای احکام دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، بازداشت و برای تحمل حبس تعزیری ۹ ماهه خود به بند زنان زندان اوین، منتقل شد.
