بر اساس حکمی که توسط شعبه دوم دادگاه انقلاب اهواز صادر و روز شنبه بیست و چهارم تیرماه 1402 به این شهروندان ابلاغ شده است، حسین فرج الله چعب (کعبى)، شهروند اهل شوشتر، ناصر شایع مزرعه، اهل سوسنگرد، توفیق فلاحیه، اهل سوسنگرد، فایز زهرونی، اهل سوسنگرد، حسین استعداد (سعیداوى) اهل سوسنگرد، سعید فاخرنسب، معلم بازنشسته و ساکن اهواز، هادی جلالی، ساکن سوسنگرد و موسی خالدی، معلم ساکن رامشیر هر کدام از بابت اتهام “اقدام علیه امنیت ملی” به یک سال حبس تعزیری، پنج سال حبس تعلیقی و دو سال ممنوعیت خروج از کشور محکوم شدند.
این شهروندان در سال ۹۷ همراه با ده ها تن دیگر، در پی برگزاری تجمعاتی اعتراضی که حدودا به مدت یک هفته به طول انجامید، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از مدتی با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شدند.

According to a verdict issued by Branch 2 of the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court and communicated to these citizens on Saturday, July 15, 2023, Hossein Farajollah Chaab (Kaabi), a resident of Shushtar, Naser Shayeh Mazraeh, a resident of Susangerd, Tawfiq Fallahiyeh, a resident of Susangerd, Fayez Zahrouni, a resident of Susangerd, Hossein Este'dad (Saeedavi), a resident of Susangerd, Saeed Fakhernasab, a retired teacher residing in Ahvaz, Hadi Jalali, a resident of Susangerd, and Mousa Khaledi, a teacher residing in Ramshir, were each sentenced to one year of imprisonment, five years of suspended imprisonment, and two years of travel ban outside the country on charges of "acting against national security."
These citizens were arrested in 2018 along with dozens of others following protest gatherings that lasted approximately one week. They were detained by security forces and later released on bail.
