او در منطقه «تهران پارس» در جمع معترضان حاضر شده بود و با شلیک یک تک تیرانداز به وسط سرش به قتل رسید. امیر متاهل بود و به گفته دوستانش به عنوان بهترین صافکار پی.دی.ار صافکاری بدون رنگ در شرق تهران شناخته می شد. او در خیابان استخر صافکاری می کرد ورزش کار و بدن ساز بود. خاکسپاری او در بی خبری کامل و فقط با حضور پدر و مادرش در «بهشت زهرا» تهران انجام گرفت.

He was shot dead by Islamic Republic’s security forces on the evening of 18 Dey 1404 (8 January 2026), during the Iranian year 1404 (2025/26) nationwide uprising.
Amir was married and according to his friends was recognized as the best P.D.R. paintless dent repair specialist in East Tehran. He worked on car body repairs on Estakhr Street and was also an athlete and bodybuilder.
His burial took place in complete secrecy with only his parents present at Beheshte Zahra Cemetery in Tehran.
