It has been reported that Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Abolqasem Salavati, has sentenced Mehdi Nazar and Mahnaz Chardoli to execution and 10 years of imprisonment. Additionally, Atefeh Nazar, the sister of Mehdi Nazar, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. These individuals were arrested in Tehran on 10 January 2026.
The charges against them include "attacking a mosque with Molotov cocktails," "participating in illegal gatherings," "collaborating with Israel," and "assembly and collusion." It was reported that at the time of their arrest, there was no report of a gathering or an attack on a mosque.
It has also been reported that all three individuals have been sentenced to 10 years in prison for the charge of "assembly and collusion." The families of these prisoners have reportedly been pressured not to disclose information about the case.
گزارش شده است که شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ابوالقاسم صلواتی، مهدی ناظر و مهناز چاردولی را به اعدام و ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم کرده است. همچنین عاطفه ناظر، خواهر مهدی ناظر، به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده است. این افراد در ۲۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در تهران بازداشت شدند.
اتهام های مطرح شده علیه آنان شامل «حمله به مسجد با کوکتل مولوتوف»، «حضور در تجمعات غیرقانونی»، «همکاری با اسرائیل» و «اجتماع و تبانی» بوده است. گزارش شده است که در تاریخ بازداشت این افراد، گزارشی از برگزاری تجمع یا حمله به مسجد منتشر نشده بود.
همچنین گزارش شده است که هر سه نفر برای اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی» به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده اند. خانواده این زندانیان تحت فشار قرار گرفته اند تا درباره پرونده اطلاع رسانی نکنند.
