Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court has sentenced Mehdi Nazer and Mahnaz Chardoli to the death penalty and 10 years in prison. Additionally, Atefeh Nazer, Mehdi Nazer's sister, has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. These three individuals were arrested in Tehran on 10 January 2026.
The charges against them include "attacking a mosque with Molotov cocktails," "participating in illegal gatherings," "collaborating with Israel," and "assembly and collusion." Information indicates that on the date of their arrest, there were no reports of gatherings or attacks on a mosque.
It has also been reported that all three individuals have been sentenced to 10 years in prison for the charge of "assembly and collusion." The families of these prisoners have reportedly been pressured not to disclose information about the case.
شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی، مهدی ناظر و مهناز چاردولی را به اعدام و ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم کرده و عاطفه ناظر، خواهر مهدی ناظر، نیز به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده است. این سه نفر در ۲۱ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در تهران بازداشت شدند.
اتهام های مطرح شده علیه آنان شامل «حمله به مسجد با کوکتل مولوتوف»، «حضور در تجمعات غیرقانونی»، «همکاری با اسرائیل» و «اجتماع و تبانی» عنوان شده است. اطلاعات منتشرشده نشان می دهد که در تاریخ بازداشت این افراد، گزارشی از برگزاری تجمع یا حمله به مسجد منتشر نشده بود.
همچنین گزارش شده است که برای اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی» نیز هر سه نفر به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شده اند. خانواده این زندانیان نیز تحت فشار قرار گرفته اند تا درباره پرونده اطلاع رسانی نکنند.
