According to Human Rights in Iran, quoted by the Coordinating Council of Trade Union Organizations of Iran, on 2nd of July 2023 Farzaneh Nazeranpour, a political prisoner imprisoned in the women's ward of Evin Prison, spent 2 months and 2 days of her prison sentence by installing an electronic handcuff under Judicial supervision was released.
According to this report, the release of Farzaneh Nazeranpour took place while she is facing movement restrictions up to a radius of 100 meters from her house.
While Farzane Nazeranpour was serving her prison term in Evin prison, the Department of Education, in addition to cutting off the rights of this activist, also cut off her health insurance.
It should be noted that this cultural resident of Tehran province, after going through the proceedings by the branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for the charge of (association and collusion). On May 2, 2023 she went to the execution branch of Evin Prison (Moghadas) and after being arrested, she was transferred to that prison.
Also, the filing of this case against Farzaneh Nazeranpour was due to the publication of the posts that she published on her personal Instagram page.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از شورای هماهنگی تشکلهای صنفی فرهنگیان ایران، در تاریخ ۱۱تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲ فرزانه ناظران پور، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در بند زنان زندان اوین، در حالی ۲ ماه و ۲ روز از حبس تعزیری خود را سپری کرد با نصب پابند الکترونیکی تحت نظارت قضایی آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی فرزانه ناظران پور، در حالی صورت گرفته که وی با محدودیت حرکتی تا شعاع ۱۰۰ متر از خانه خود مواجه است.
در حالی که فرزانه ناظران پور، در زندان اوین، دوران حبس خود را سپری می کرد اداره آموزش و پرورش، علاوه بر قطع حقوق این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان، بیمه درمانی وی را هم قطع کرده بود.
لازم به اشاره است، این فرهنگی ساکن استان تهران، پس از طی مراحل دادرسی توسط شعبه دادگاه انقلاب تهران، به تحمل ۱۰ ماه حبس تعزیری از بابت اتهام (اجتماع و تبانی) محکوم و در تاریخ ۱۲ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، برای سپری کردن دوران حبس خود به شعبه اجرای احکام دادسرای زندان اوین( مقدس) مراجعه و پس از بازداشت به آن زندان منتقل شده بود.
همچنین، مبنی تشکیل این پرونده بر علیه فرزانه ناظران پور، انتشار پستهایی بوده که وی در صفحه شخصی اینستاگرام خود منتشر کرده بود.
