Two Baloch citizens from the village of Rong, located in Nikshahr County, remain in an uncertain situation approximately 20 days after their arrest. It has been reported that the two brothers were detained by military forces in front of their family while visiting a fuel station in Nikshahr and were subsequently transferred to Chabahar.
The family of the two citizens has stated that they do not accept the theft charges and have not received any clear information or specific legal proceedings regarding the case. It has also been reported that the brothers were recently transferred from Chabahar to Zahedan, where a one-week temporary detention order was issued for them.
The continued detention under uncertain conditions, along with allegations of violence during arrest and forced confessions, has become a common occurrence in Balochistan.
دو شهروند بلوچ اهل روستای رونگ از توابع شهرستان نیکشهر، حدود ۲۰ روز پس از بازداشت همچنان در وضعیت نامشخصی به سر می برند. گزارش شده است که این دو برادر هنگام مراجعه به یک جایگاه سوخت در نیکشهر، در برابر اعضای خانواده خود توسط نیروهای نظامی بازداشت و سپس به چابهار منتقل شدند.
خانواده این دو شهروند اعلام کرده اند که اتهام سرقت را قبول ندارند و تاکنون هیچ اطلاع رسانی شفاف یا روند قضایی مشخصی درباره پرونده به آنان ارائه نشده است. همچنین گزارش شده که این دو برادر به تازگی از چابهار به زاهدان منتقل و برای آنان قرار بازداشت موقت یک هفته ای صادر شده است.
ادامه بازداشت در شرایط نامشخص، همراه با ادعاهای مربوط به خشونت هنگام بازداشت و اخذ اعترافات اجباری، در بلوچستان به یک امر معمول تبدیل شده است.
