Two Baluch citizens, Esfandiar Salahzehi and Javid Salahzehi, from the village of Rong in Nikshahr County, remain in an uncertain situation following their arrest. The two brothers were detained by military forces in the presence of their family members while visiting a fuel station in Nikshahr and were subsequently transferred to Chabahar.
It has been reported that the family of these two individuals does not accept the theft charges attributed to them, and no clear information or specific legal proceedings have been provided to them regarding the case. It has also been stated that the brothers were recently transferred from Chabahar to Zahedan, and a one-week temporary detention order has been issued for them.
Continued detention under uncertain conditions, along with allegations of violence during arrest and forced confessions, has become a common occurrence in Baluchistan.
دو شهروند بلوچ به نام های اسفندیار صلاح زهی و جاوید صلاح زهی از روستای رونگ در شهرستان نیکشهر، همچنان در وضعیت نامشخصی پس از بازداشت به سر می برند. این دو برادر هنگام مراجعه به یک جایگاه سوخت در نیکشهر، در حضور اعضای خانواده خود توسط نیروهای نظامی بازداشت و به چابهار منتقل شدند.
گزارش شده است که خانواده این دو شهروند اتهام سرقت را که به آنان نسبت داده شده است، قبول ندارند و تاکنون هیچ اطلاع رسانی شفاف یا روند قضایی مشخصی درباره پرونده به آنان ارائه نشده است. همچنین اعلام شده که این دو برادر به تازگی از چابهار به زاهدان منتقل شده و برای آنان قرار بازداشت موقت یک هفته ای صادر شده است.
ادامه بازداشت در شرایط نامشخص، همراه با ادعاهای مربوط به خشونت هنگام بازداشت و اخذ اعترافات اجباری، در بلوچستان به یک امر معمول تبدیل شده است.
