Ali Fahim, also known as Aryan Fahim, was arrested on 7 January 2025 in the Nazemabad neighborhood of Tehran. He was executed on 6 April 2026. He was one of the defendants in the case related to the fire at the Kaveh Basij base.
Sources close to the family reported that they had been under pressure since the arrest not to disclose information about his situation. The family later learned that a court, presided over by Judge Salavati, issued the death sentence without the presence of his chosen lawyer. Details regarding the charges and judicial proceedings have not been officially released. Ali Aryan Fahim's name also appeared on a list of concerning cases published by Amnesty International, which warned about the risk of severe sentences against detainees of protests.
علی فهیم یا آرین فهیم در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در محله نظام آباد تهران بازداشت شد. وی در تاریخ ۱۷ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ اعدام شد. او یکی از متهمان پرونده آتش سوزی پایگاه بسیج کاوه بود.
منابع نزدیک به خانواده اعلام کردند که از زمان بازداشت تحت فشار بوده اند تا درباره وضعیت او اطلاع رسانی نکنند. خانواده بعدا مطلع شدند که شعبه ای به ریاست قاضی صلواتی بدون حضور وکیل منتخب او حکم اعدام صادر کرده است. جزئیات اتهامات و روند رسیدگی قضایی به صورت رسمی منتشر نشده است. نام علی آرین فهیم در فهرست موارد نگران کننده منتشر شده توسط سازمان عفو بین الملل نیز آمده بود؛ فهرستی که درباره خطر صدور و اجرای احکام سنگین علیه بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات هشدار داده است.
