مریم هداوند، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، در اواخر فروردین ۱۴۰۵در شعبه ۲۶دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری، به اعدام محکوم شد.
این حکم در ارتباط با پرونده آتش سوزی مسجد سیدالشهدا در پاکدشت و مرگ دو نفر در این حادثه صادر شده است.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که فرد محکوم از حق دسترسی به وکیل مستقل محروم بوده و روند محاکمه در فضایی امنیتی و غیرشفاف انجام شده است.
