According to an informed individual in a conversation with the Human Rights Reporter in Iran: "On January 24, 2024, the request for retrial in the case of Amir Nasr-Azadani, who had previously been sentenced to 16 years of imprisonment, was rejected by the judges of the Supreme Court. His case, after the confirmation of the issued verdict by the judges of Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan—as a parallel branch—was referred to Branch 2 of the Enforcement of Sentences at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Isfahan Province."
It is worth mentioning that Amir Nasr-Azadani, on January 8, 2023, as the fourth defendant in the Isfahan house case, was sentenced by the judge of Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan Province to 5 years of imprisonment for the charge of membership in illegal groups with the intent to disrupt national security, 5 years of imprisonment for the charge of assembly and collusion leading to crimes against national security, and 16 years of imprisonment for the charge of aiding and abetting in moharebeh (waging war against God). The issued verdict was communicated to his lawyer, Mehdi Nasr-Esfahani.
After the verdict was communicated and the case was referred to Branch 9 of the Supreme Court, the verdict against Amir Reza Nasr-Azadani was referred to Branch 5 of the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan Province, as a parallel branch to Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of that province. Amir Nasr-Esfahani was acquitted of the charges of membership in illegal groups with the intent to disrupt national security, which had previously resulted in a 5-year imprisonment, and the charge of assembly and collusion leading to crimes against national security, which had also resulted in a 5-year imprisonment. However, he was again sentenced to 16 years of imprisonment for the charge of aiding and abetting in moharebeh.
Amir Reza Nasr-Azadani was arrested by security forces in Isfahan Province on November 17, 2022, in connection with a case involving several other defendants and charges related to the death of a member of the police force and two members of the Basij in one of the neighborhoods of Isfahan. He was deprived of access to a lawyer and other civil rights of an accused and was subjected to intense interrogation accompanied by torture and beatings. After being informed of the charges of membership in illegal groups with the intent to disrupt national security, assembly and collusion leading to crimes against national security, and aiding and abetting in moharebeh, his case was referred to Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Isfahan Province.
Additionally, on December 11, 2022, Asadollah Jafari, the head of the judiciary of Isfahan Province, announced the issuance of an indictment with charges against Amir Nasr-Azadani and two other detainees of the nationwide protests in this province.
Amir Reza Nasr-Azadani was a former football player for the Tractor Sazi Tabriz and Zob Ahan Isfahan teams.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”در تاریخ ۴ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، درخواست اعاده دادرسی به پرونده امیر نصرآزادانی، که پیشتر به تحمل ۱۶ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود، توسط قضات شعبه دیوان عالی کشور، رد و پرونده وی پس از تائید حکم صادره توسط قضات شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب اصفهان ـ بعنوان شعبه هم عرض، به شعبه ۲ اجرای احکام دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب استان اصفهان ارجاع شد.”
لازم به اشاره است امیر نصرآزادانی، در تاریخ در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ماه ۱۴۰۱، بعنوان متهم ردیف چهارم پرونده خانه اصفهان ، توسط قاضی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب استان اصفهان، به اتهام عضویت در دسته جات غیرقانونی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت كشور به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری، برای اتهام اجتماع و تبانی منتهی به جرایم ضد امنیت به ۵ سال حبس تعزیری و برای اتهام معاونت در محاربه نیز به تحمل ۱۶ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم و حکم صادره به مهدی نصراصفهانی، وکیل مدافع وی ابلاغ شده بود.
پس از ابلاغ حکم و ارجاع پرونده به شعبه ۹ دیوان عالی کشور، حکم صادره بر علیه امیررضا نصرآزادانی، به شعبه ۵ دادگاه انقلاب استان اصفهان، بعنوان شعبه همر عرض با شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب آن استان، ارجاع شد و امیر نصر اصفهانی، پس از تبرئه از اتهامات عضویت در دسته جات غیرقانونی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت كشور که پیشتر به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری و همچنین اتهام اجتماع و تبانی منتهی به جرایم ضد امنیت که به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود تبرئه ولی مجددا از بابت اتهام معاونت در محاربه به تحمل ۱۶ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
امیررضا نصرآزادانی، در تاریخ ۲۶ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در استان اصفهان، دستگیر و از بابت پرونده ای که چند متهم دیگر هم داشت در پی اتهاماتی مرتبط با جان باختن یکی از اعضای نیروی انتظامی و ۲ تن از اعضای بسیج یکی از محلات اصفهان، در حالی که از حق دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندی یک متهم محرو شده بود تحت شدیدترین بازجویی های فشرده توام با شکنجه و ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت و پس از تفهیم اتهامات عضویت در دسته جات غیرقانونی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت كشور ، اجتماع و تبانی منتهی به جرایم ضد امنیت و معاونت در محاربه پرونده وی به شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب استان اصفهان ارجاع شده بود.
همچنین، در تاریخ ۲۰ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۱، اسدالله جعفری، رئیس کل دادگستری استان اصفهان از صدور کیفرخواست با اتهام برای امیر نصرآزادانی و ۲ تن دیگر از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری در این استان خبر داده بود.
