On 25 April 2026, it was reported that three individuals named Didar Ahmadi, Boshra Mostafavi, and Elna Naeimi were detained and transferred to Kerman Prison to serve their prison sentences. It has been indicated that Ms Mostafavi is currently pregnant.
These individuals had previously been sentenced to four months in prison each by the Seventh Branch of the Kerman Province Court of Appeal. They were tried on 14 May 2025 on charges of "propaganda in favour of groups or organisations opposing the Islamic Republic system" in the mentioned branch.
Earlier, the Third Branch of the Rafsanjan Criminal Court had acquitted the three individuals due to insufficient evidence; however, this verdict was challenged by the Rafsanjan prosecutor.
Didar Ahmadi, Boshra Mostafavi, and Elna Naeimi were initially arrested on 7 June 2020 after their homes were searched by intelligence officers and were temporarily released some time later.
در تاریخ 5 اردیبهشت 1405، گزارش شده است که سه نفر به نام های دیدار احمدی، بشری مصطفوی و النا نعیمی برای تحمل دوران محکومیت حبس خود بازداشت و به زندان کرمان منتقل شده اند. گفته شده است که خانم مصطفوی در حال حاضر باردار است.
این سه نفر پیشتر توسط شعبه هفتم دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان کرمان هر کدام به چهار ماه حبس محکوم شده بودند. آنان در تاریخ 24 اردیبهشت 1404 به اتهام «تبلیغ به نفع گروه ها یا سازمان های مخالف نظام جمهوری اسلامی» در شعبه مذکور محاکمه شده بودند.
پیشتر، شعبه سوم دادگاه کیفری رفسنجان با استناد به فقدان دلایل کافی، این سه نفر را تبرئه کرده بود؛ اما این رأی با اعتراض دادستان رفسنجان مواجه شده بود.
دیدار احمدی، بشری مصطفوی و النا نعیمی در تاریخ 18 خرداد 1399 پس از بازرسی منازلشان توسط مأموران اداره اطلاعات بازداشت و مدتی بعد به صورت موقت آزاد شده بودند.
