Ms. Mostafavi, who is reportedly pregnant, has been arrested and transferred to prison. On 24 April 2026, Didar Ahmadi, Boshra Mostafavi, and Elena Naeimi were detained to serve their prison sentences and transferred to Kerman Prison. It has been reported that Ms. Mostafavi is currently pregnant.
These three citizens were previously sentenced to four months in prison each by the Seventh Branch of the Kerman Province Court of Appeal. They were tried on 14 May 2025, on charges of "propaganda in favour of groups or organisations opposing the Islamic Republic system" in the mentioned branch.
Earlier, the Third Branch of the Rafsanjan Criminal Court had acquitted these three Baha'i women due to insufficient evidence. However, this verdict was challenged by the Rafsanjan prosecutor.
Didar Ahmadi, Boshra Mostafavi, and Elena Naeimi were initially arrested on 7 June 2020, following a search of their homes by intelligence officers, and were temporarily released some time later.
خانم مصطفوی در حالی که باردار است، بازداشت و به زندان منتقل شده است. در تاریخ ۵ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵، دیدار احمدی، بشری مصطفوی و النا نعیمی برای گذراندن دوران محکومیت حبس خود بازداشت و به زندان کرمان منتقل شدند. گزارش شده است که خانم مصطفوی در حال حاضر باردار است.
این سه شهروند پیشتر توسط شعبه هفتم دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان کرمان هر کدام به چهار ماه حبس محکوم شده بودند. آنان در تاریخ ۲۴ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۴، به اتهام «تبلیغ به نفع گروه ها یا سازمان های مخالف نظام جمهوری اسلامی» در شعبه مذکور محاکمه شده بودند.
پیشتر، شعبه سوم دادگاه کیفری رفسنجان با استناد به فقدان دلایل کافی، این سه زن بهائی را تبرئه کرده بود؛ اما این رأی با اعتراض دادستان رفسنجان مواجه شده بود.
دیدار احمدی، بشری مصطفوی و النا نعیمی، در تاریخ ۱۸ خرداد ۱۳۹۹ پس از بازرسی منازلشان توسط مأموران اداره اطلاعات بازداشت شدند و مدتی بعد به صورت موقت آزاد شدند.
