After filing an appeal and the referral of Moulavi Emanullah Baluchi's case to the Supreme Court, the death sentence issued against him was overturned, and his case was referred to a parallel branch in the Zahedan Revolutionary Court. به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز چهارشنبه ۱۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۴، مولوی امان الله بلوچی ـ فرزند: حبیب الله شهروند اهل سنت، اهل کوه ون از توابع شهرستان سرباز و زندانی عقیدتی محبوس در زندان مرکزی زاهدان، به مرخصی اعزام شد.
براساس این گزارش، مولوی امان الله بلوچی پس از تودیع قرار وثیقه در حالی که ۱۰ سال از حبس خود را در زندان مرکزی زاهدان سپری کرده برای مدتی به مرخصی اعزام شده است.
در حالی این خبر، حاکی از اعزام مولوی امان االله بلوچی به مرخصی حکایت دارد که با توجه به حکم قطعی صادره، این شهروند اهل سنت، میزان ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری خود را به اتمام رسانده است.
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مدت زمان مرخصی اعطا شده و میزان وثیقه تودیع شده برای مرخصی این ۲ زندانی عقیدتی اهل سنت، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به ذکر است، مولوی امان االله بلوچی در تاریخ ۲۸ آبان ماه ۱۳۹۴، توسط ماموران امنیتی اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران ، دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و در حالی که از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم شده بودند، توسط بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب زاهدان، تفهیم اتهام و پرونده آنها به دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، ارجاع شده بود.
این شهروند اهل سنت، با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، محاکمه و از بابت اتهامات «عضویت در گروه های مخالف نظام» و «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی»، به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری و اعدام محکوم شده بود.
پس از اعلام اعتراض و ارجاع پرونده مولوی امان االله بلوچی، به شعبه دیوان عالی کشور، حکم اعدام صادره بر علیه این وی نقض و پرونده اش به شعبه هم عرض در دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، ارجاع شد و این شهروند اهل سنت، پس از رهایی از اعدام به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری، محکوم شد.
