On the afternoon of Monday, September 14, 2026, officers from the Gorgan Intelligence Department raided to homes of Mohammad Izadi-Rad the father of Behrouz Izadi-Rad, a former political prisoner, in the city of Fazelabad. His mobile phone and a laptop belonging to his child were confiscated. The security forces then transferred him to the Gorgan Intelligence Department and released him after several hours of interrogation.
