Parsa Maslehi Fard, a musician and resident of Tehran, who is also a political prisoner of the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, was arrested at his private residence by security forces of the Islamic Republic. The location where he is being held remains unknown.
The charges against him relate to his artistic activities, which include protest performances on themes of freedom, the abolition of the death penalty, and commemorating those who lost their lives in protests. His activities include a poetry reading titled "Qasamnameh" on the anniversary of the state killing of Zhina Amini in front of Azadi Tower, performances such as "Freedom," "No to Execution," "Tehran Alone," and the publication of an image of Nika Shakarami on International Women's Day.
All of this artist's electronic devices and work tools have been confiscated by security agencies, and his mobile phone SIM card has been unlawfully blocked.

مصادیق اتهامی و فعالیت های هنری این هنرمند اجراهای پرفورمنس اعتراضی با موضوع آزادی، لغو اعدام و یادبود جان باختگان اعتراضات رخ داده است. از جمله فعالیت های او می توان به شعرخوانی «قسم نامه» در سالگرد قتل حکومتی ژینا امینی در مقابل برج آزادی، اجرای پرفورمنس های «آزادی»، «نه به اعدام»، «تهران تنها» و انتشار تصویری از نیکا شاکرمی در روز جهانی زن اشاره کرد.
تمامی وسایل الکترونیکی و ابزارهای کاری این هنرمند همچنان توسط نهادهای امنیتی توقیف بوده و سیم کارت تلفن همراه وی نیز به صورت غیرقانونی مسدود شده است.
