به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۲۰ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۴، سامان بیدارفعال ملی مدنی، ساکن استان قزوین، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی نها و تفهیم با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان چوبیندر مرکزی قزوین، آزاد شد. اتهامات تفهیم شده به سامان بیدار افزود:”هفته گذشته خانواده آقای بیدار در مراجعه به دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب قزوین مطلع شدند که اتهام فرزندشان «اخلال در نظم عمومی» و «عضویت در گروه های تجزیه طلب» عنوان شده است.”

لازم به ذکر است، سامان بیدار، در تاریخ ۱۲ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۴، در جریان مسابقه فوتبال دو تیم تراکتور سازی تبریز و شمس آذر قزوین، توسط ماموران نیروی انتظامی دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان چوبیندر منتقل شده بود.
