At the end of the interrogation session, Mostafa Jafari was sentenced to a six-month ban on media activities by the order of the investigator of Branch 9 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Qazvin Province and was released on bail.
The charges against Mostafa Jafari in this case were identified as "spreading falsehoods," "slander, and insult against Mehdi Sabbaghi, the mayor of Qazvin, and Hamid Yazdanifar, the CEO of the Pardis Futsal team."

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از ایلنا، روز یکشنبه ۲۰ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۴، جلسه بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام سیدمصطفی جعفری، متولد« ۱۳۶۴، روزنامه نگار و فعال رسانه ای شاغل در خبرگزاری ایلنا، توسط بازپرس شعبه ۹ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب استان قزوین، برگزار شد.
براساس این گزارش، در پایان جلسه بازپرسی، مصطفی جعفری، به دستور بازپرس شعبه ۹ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب استان قزوین، به ۶ ماه منع فعالیت رسانه ای محکوم و با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
همچنین، اتهامات منتسب شده به مصطفی جعفری در این پرونده«نشر اکاذیب»، «افترا و توهین به مهدی صباغی ـ شهردار قزوین و حمید یزدانی فر ـ مدسر عامل تیم قوتسال پردیس» عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، درتاریخ ۲۷ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، رحمان درویش حداد، معاون دادستان عمومی و انقلاب استان قزوین، از اعمال محرومیت رسانه ای بر علیه مصطفی جعفری، به علت آنچه که وی از آن تحت عنوان نشر اکاذیب به قصد تشویش اذهان عمومی یاد کرد خبر داد از منع فعالیت رسانه ای و حتی خبرنویسی بر علیه مصطفی جعفری سخن گفت و در تاریخ ۱ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، این روزنامه نگار، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد.
معاون دادستان عمومی و انقلاب استان قزوین در ادامه اعمال فشارهای امنیتی به مصطفی جعفری، به اجرای ماده ۲۴۷ قانون آئین دادرسی کیفری و محرومیت این روزنامه نگار به مدت ۳ ماه از اشتغال به حرفه خبرنگاری، خبرنویسی و هرگونه فعالیت مرتبط با خبر و نشر آن در فضای مجازی و سایر رسانه های دیگر خبر داده بود.
این روزنامه نگار، پیشتر هم در تاریخ ۲ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام اتی از قبیل «نشر اکاذیب در فضای مجازی به قصد تشویش اذهان عمومی» در شعبه ۱۰ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب استان قزوین، با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.
