Mustafa Nili, the legal representative of Ms. Mohammadi, has reported that his client experienced a loss of consciousness and a deterioration in her condition due to severe fluctuations in blood pressure while in Zanjan prison. It was indicated that after several episodes of deteriorating health and symptoms such as chest pain, both the prison doctor and a specialist deemed her immediate transfer to a hospital necessary. Consequently, she was urgently transferred to a hospital and admitted to the CCU. However, her blood pressure continues to fluctuate significantly.
Additionally, it has been stated that the Zanjan province forensic medical commission recommended a one-month suspension of her sentence to allow for medical treatment. However, the Zanjan prosecutor's office has made this contingent upon the approval of the Tehran prosecutor's office.
Mustafa Nili also provided an update on the situation of Narges Mohammadi, a human rights activist, in prison. It was reported that Narges Mohammadi began a hunger and medication strike on the afternoon of 5 November 2023. The reasons cited for this strike include the lack of necessary medical interventions for her treatment. Prison authorities have claimed that permission for her transfer was not granted due to non-compliance with mandatory hijab regulations. Last week, due to the failure to transfer Narges Mohammadi to a hospital for an echocardiogram, a specialist brought the equipment to the women's ward to conduct the test. Following the examination by a cardiologist, a CT angiogram was recommended to assess the extent of blockage in two main heart arteries, which are over 50 percent blocked, and a CT scan was advised to evaluate lung pressure. Despite the urgency of these tests, they have not yet been conducted.
مصطفی نیلی، وکیل مدافع خانم محمدی، با انتشار مطلبی اعلام کرد که موکلش در زندان زنجان به دلیل نوسانات شدید فشار خون و افت ناگهانی آن، دچار بی هوشی و وخامت حال شده است. به گفته او، خانم محمدی پس از چند نوبت وخامت وضعیت و بروز علائمی مانند درد قفسه سینه، پزشک زندان و سپس پزشک متخصص، انتقال فوری وی به بیمارستان را ضروری دانسته اند و او در نهایت به صورت اورژانسی به بیمارستان منتقل و در بخش CCU بستری شده است، با این حال همچنان فشار خون او نوسان شدید دارد.
همچنین وی اعلام کرده که کمیسیون پزشکی قانونی استان زنجان توقف یک ماهه اجرای حکم برای انجام درمان را توصیه کرده، اما دادستانی زنجان اجرای این موضوع را منوط به نظر دادستانی تهران کرده است.
مصطفی نیلی وکیل دادگستری درباره آخرین وضعیت نرگس محمدی فعال حقوق بشر در زندان اعلام کرده بود که نرگس محمدی از ظهر روز دوشنبه 14 آبان 1402 اعتصاب غذا و دارو را آغاز کرده است. دلایل این اعتصاب عدم انجام اقدامات پزشکی لازم برای درمان ایشان عنوان شده است. مسئولان زندان ادعا کرده اند که به دلیل عدم رعایت حجاب اجباری مجوز اعزام ایشان صادر نشده است. در هفته گذشته به دلیل عدم اعزام نرگس محمدی به بیمارستان برای انجام آزمایش اکو قلب پزشک متخصص با دستگاه مربوطه به داخل بند زنان رفته و آزمایش اکو قلب را انجام داده است. پس از بررسی این آزمایش توسط متخصص قلب آزمایش سی تی آنژیو قلب برای بررسی میزان دقیق گرفتگی دو رگ اصلی قلب ایشان که بیش از 50 درصد گرفتگی دارند و آزمایش سی تی اسکن برای بررسی فشار ریه تجویز شده است. با وجود اورژانسی بودن این آزمایش ها تاکنون این موارد انجام نشده است.
