Laleh Saati, a resident of Tehran and a Christian convert, remains in a state of uncertainty under temporary detention in the general ward of Evin Prison, despite considerable time having passed since her arrest and the completion of interrogations and charges.
A person close to the family of this Christian convert explained that the interrogation and charging process for Laleh Saati has been completed, yet she remains in an uncertain state in Evin Prison.
It is worth noting that after her arrest by Tehran's intelligence and security police officers, Laleh Saati was transferred to the women's ward of Evin Prison on February 13, 2024. In mid-March 2024, she was moved to Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence, and after completing interrogations and being charged, she was returned to the general ward of Evin Prison.
Despite the completion of interrogations, the legal specifics of the charges against this Christian convert have not been disclosed.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۲۶ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، لاله ساعتی، ساکن تهران و نوکیش مسیحی، علیرغم گذشت مدتی قابل از تاریخ دستگیری و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در بند عمومی زندان اوین با وضعیت بلاتکلیف و تحت قرار بازداشت موقت بسر می برد.
یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این نوکیش مسیحی در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران تشریح کرد:”مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، لاله ساعتی به اتمام رسیده اما این نوکیش مسیحی هنوز بطور بلاتکلیف در زندان اوین، بسر می برد.”
لازم به اشاره است، لاله ساعتی، پس از بازداشت توسط ماموران پلیس اطلاعات و امنیت تهران، در تاریخ ۲۴ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲ به بند زنان زندان اوین، منتقل و اواسط اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، به بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به بند عمومی زندان اوین، بازگردانده شد.”
علیرغم اتمام بازجویی ها از لاله ساعتی اما از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات منتسب شده به این نوکیش مسیحی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
