Meysam Khodarahmi, one of those arrested during the nationwide protests, reported to prison on May 27, 2023, to serve a 10-year sentence. He was initially arrested on October 3, 2022, and released from Evin Prison after about four months upon posting a bail of two billion tomans. Later, he was tried in Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court on charges of "forming a group to overthrow the regime," "assembly and collusion with the intent to act against national security," and "propaganda against the regime." He was sentenced to the maximum penalty of 16 years in prison, which, according to Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, translates to an enforceable sentence of 10 years. This sentence was upheld in the appellate court. Meysam Khodarahmi was tried alongside Masoud Eslami Nasab, the cousin of Toumaj Salehi, and Reza Dadkhah in the same case.
On Sunday, March 30, 2025, Meysam Khodarahmi, a political prisoner held in Evin Prison, was conditionally released following a "specific pardon." He had served 2 years of his total 6-year sentence.

میثم خدارحمی، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری، در روز ششم خردادماه ۱۴۰۲ جهت تحمل حکم ۱۰ سال حبس، خود را به زندان معرفی کرد. میثم خدارحمی، روز ۱۱ مهر ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت شده و پس از حدود چهارماه با تودیع قرار وثیقه دو میلیارد تومانی از زندان اوین آزاد شد. او سپس در شعبه ۲۸ دادگاه انقلاب، با اتهامات «تشکیل گروه جهت براندازی نظام»، «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد اقدام علیه امنیت ملی» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» محاکمه شد و به اشد مجازات یعنی ۱۶ سال زندان محکوم شد که با اعمال ماده ۱۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی، مجازات اشد یعنی ده سال حبس برای او قابل اجرا است. این حکم در دادگاه تجدیدنظر عیناً مورد تایید قرار گرفت. میثم خدارحمی به همراه مسعود اسلامی نسب پسرخاله توماج\ صالحی و رضا دادخواه، در یک پرونده مورد محاکمه قرار گرفتند.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز یکشنبه ۱۰ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۴، میثم خدارحمی، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، در پی اعمال «عفو موردی» بطور مشروط آزاد شد. میثم خدارحمی ۲ سال از مجموع حبس تعزیری ۶ ساله خود را سپری کرده بود.
