On Monday, December 4, 2023, Samad Porshe, who was detained during the 2022 nationwide protests, appeared at the first branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Yasuj, the capital of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province.
During this interrogation session, Samad Porshe was charged with disturbing public opinion on social media and engaging in propaganda against the regime. His case was referred to court after an indictment was issued.
It is noteworthy that Samad Porshe was arrested by IRGC Intelligence agents in Yasuj on September 16, 2023. After being taken to the detention center of that security agency and undergoing interrogation and indictment, he was transferred to Yasuj Central Prison. In early November 2023, he was released on bail of 10 billion rials until the completion of legal proceedings.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۱۳ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، صمد پورشه، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، پس از احضار به شعبه اول بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهر یاسوج مرکز استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، برگزار شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”در این جلسه بازپرسی صمد پورشه از بابت اتهامات تشویش اذهان عمومی در فضای مجازی و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام تفهیم اتهام قرار گرفت و پرونده این شهروند پس از تنظیم کیفرخواست به دادگاه ارجاع شد.”
لازم به اشاره است، صمد پورشه، در تاریخ ۲۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه فتح در شهر یاسوج، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی باسوج منتقل و اوایل آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱ میلیارد تومان تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
اخیراً صمد پورشه در حالی جهت اجرای حکم حبس بازداشت شده است که به دلیل آسیب های جسمی و روانی ناشی از شکنجه در زمان بازداشت اول، همچنان تحت نظر پزشک قرار داشت و روند درمانی وی ناتمام مانده است.
