On Saturday, October 7, 2023, Alireza Rouhafza, a resident of Tehran, who was held in Evin Prison, was released on bail pending the completion of legal proceedings after the conclusion of interrogations and charges being filed.
A source close to the family of the accused stated that Mr. Rouhafza was released on a bail of 2 million tomans after the completion of interrogations and being charged with "propaganda activities against the regime."
It is important to note that Alireza Rouhafza was arrested on June 13, 2023, by officers from Police Station 103 in Gandhi, Tehran. After being transferred to the Tehran Security Police detention center and undergoing interrogation and case processing, he was then taken to the investigative branch at District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, where charges were filed.
After the completion of the investigation and charges being filed, Alireza Rouhafza was transferred to Ward 4 (quarantine section) of Evin Prison under a judicial order and remained in Hall 3, Room 2 of that ward until his release on bail.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۱۵ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، علیرضا روح افزا، ساکن تهران، محبوس و بلاتکلیفی در اندرزگاه ۴ سالن ۳ اتاق ۲ زندان اوین، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
یک منبع نزدیک به خانواده این متهم در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران اعلام کرد:”آقای روح افزا، پس از اتمام بازجوی ها و تفهیم اتهام (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲ میلیون تومان آزاد شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، علیرضا روح افزا، در تاریخ ۲۳ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران کلانتری ۱۰۳ گاندی در تهران، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه پلیس امنیت تهران و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تنطیم پرونده سپس به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، منتقل و تفهیم اتهام شد.
پس از اتمام مراحل بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام، علیرضا روح افزا، با صدور قرار قضایی به اندرزگاه ۴(بندقرنطینه) زندان اوین منتقل و تا زمان آزادی با تودیع وثیقه در سالن ۳ اتاق ۲ آن اندرزگاه بسر می برد.
