On 11 May 2026, Naser Hamli, along with three other Baloch citizens, was killed in Iranshahr when their vehicle came under gunfire from intelligence agency forces. During the shooting, the vehicle carrying these individuals caught fire, and their bodies were burned in the flames. According to reports, after the vehicle stopped and the fire broke out, the assailants fired again at the partially burned bodies to ensure their deaths.
