محمدامین اخلاقی، متهم پرونده مربوط به بسیجی کشته شده روح الله عجمیان، به ۵ سال حبس در تبعید یا نفی بلد در مشهد محکوم شد. او در دادگاه اظهار کرده که به دلیل دلسوزی و برای جلوگیری از عبور خودروها از روی بدن بسیجی، اقدام به کشیدن بدن وی به کنار اتوبان کرده است. این موضوع توسط راننده کامیون نیز تأیید شده است. اتهامات او شامل محاربه و افساد فی الارض است و حکم نفی بلد یا حبس در تبعید توسط قاضی صادر شده است. این حکم در دیوان عالی کشور قابل فرجام خواهی است و وکلای دادبان در بررسی پرونده اعلام کرده اند که بر اساس شواهد، محمدامین هیچ جرمی مرتکب نشده است و راننده کامیون نیز این موضوع را تأیید کرده است.
