گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که هیوا نوری، از فعالان مذهبی اهل سنت و ساکن استان آذربایجان غربی، در زندان مرکزی ارومیه محبوس و بلاتکلیف است و توسط بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ارومیه تفهیم اتهام شده است. اتهامات مطرح شده شامل "بغی"، "فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام" و "عضویت در گروه های تندرو اسلامی ـ تکفیری" می باشد. با توجه به این اتهامات، کیفرخواست به دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه ارجاع شده است. پس از مراحل بازپرسی، پرونده این شهروند به شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه ارجاع شده است. هیوا نوری در 9 بهمن 1402 توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان بوکان دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان غربی در ارومیه منتقل شد و پس از بازجویی ها به زندان مرکزی ارومیه انتقال یافت. در این مدت، وی از حق دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندی خود محروم بوده است.

On January 29, 2024, he was arrested by the security forces in Bukan city and after being transferred to the central detention centre of the General Intelligence Department of West Azarbaijan province in the city of Urmia and during the interrogation process, he was deprived of the right to access a lawyer and other citizenship rights. He was transferred to Orumiyeh Central Prison. After several months of indecisiveness in that prison, he was accused by the investigator of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Orumiyeh in last days of July 2024. The accusations against him is "treason", "propaganda activity against the system", "membership in extreme Islamic-Takfiri groups", and according to the interpretation of such accusations, his indictment with the mentioned charges was referred to the Revolutionary Court of Orumiyeh.
Reports indicate that Hiwa Nouri, a Sunni religious activist residing in West Azerbaijan Province, is detained without resolution in Urmia Central Prison. He has been charged by the investigator of the Urmia Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office. The charges include "rebellion," "propaganda activities against the regime," and "membership in extremist Islamic-Takfiri groups." Based on these charges, an indictment has been referred to the Urmia Revolutionary Court. Following the investigation, the case has been forwarded to the First Branch of the Urmia Revolutionary Court. Hiwa Nouri was arrested by security forces in Bukan County on 29 January 2024 and transferred to the central detention centre of the West Azerbaijan Province Intelligence Department in Urmia. After interrogations, he was moved to Urmia Central Prison. During this period, he has been denied access to legal representation and other civil rights.
