Reports indicate that Soleiman Adhami, a Sunni religious activist residing in West Azerbaijan Province, is currently detained without resolution in Urmia Central Prison. He has been charged by the investigator of the Urmia Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office. The charges against him include "rebellion," "propaganda activities against the regime," and "membership in extremist Islamic-Takfiri groups." His case has been referred to the Urmia Revolutionary Court.
It has been stated that after the investigation process, his case was sent to the First Branch of the Urmia Revolutionary Court. Soleiman Adhami was arrested by security forces in Bukan County and transferred to the central detention centre of the West Azerbaijan Province Intelligence Department in Urmia. During this time, he was denied access to a lawyer and other civil rights and was subsequently transferred to Urmia Central Prison. Soleiman Adhami has served as the imam of mosques in the villages of Baneh and Bukan.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که سلیمان ادهمی، از فعالان مذهبی اهل سنت و ساکن استان آذربایجان غربی، در زندان مرکزی ارومیه محبوس و بلاتکلیف است و توسط بازپرس شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ارومیه تفهیم اتهام شده است. اتهامات مطرح شده علیه او شامل "بغی"، "فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام" و "عضویت در گروه های تندرو اسلامی ـ تکفیری" است. پرونده او به دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه ارجاع شده است.
گفته شده است که پس از طی مراحل بازپرسی، پرونده این شهروند اهل سنت به شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه ارسال شده است. سلیمان ادهمی در تاریخ ۹ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان بوکان دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان غربی در شهر ارومیه منتقل شد. او در این مدت از حق دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندی خود محروم بوده و سپس به زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شده است. سلیمان ادهمی امام جماعت مسجد در روستاهای تابعه بانه و بوکان بوده است.
