Mostafa Pourramazan passed away on the evening of January 9, 2026, in the Jahan Nama neighborhood of Karaj after being shot in the head with a live bullet.
Sources familiar with the matter reported that the forensic report mentioned bullet wounds to the head and neck. However, due to limitations in viewing the body, the family did not have complete information on the exact details of the injuries.
Sources say that Mostafa Pourramazan was targeted shortly after leaving his home in the same area. According to neighbors, he remained on the ground for about an hour and a half before citizens transferred him to a clinic around 10 PM.
It was reported that around 11:30 PM, his family was informed that Mostafa had suffered brain death and was transferred to Imam Ali Hospital in Karaj. A few hours later, it was announced that he had passed away, and his body was moved to the Behesht Sakineh cemetery's morgue in Karaj.
Informed sources stated that Mostafa's identification documents were stolen after the incident. A few days later, a street cleaner found his documents in a plastic bag some distance from his residence and returned them to the family.
According to these sources, the family faced multiple obstacles in the initial days while trying to retrieve the body. They were informed that due to the high number of bodies, the process might take several days. On their first visit, Mostafa's picture was not among the photos presented, and it was said that images of some of the deceased were not yet ready. Ultimately, his body was handed over after three days.
Information received indicated that the family was not permitted to hold a funeral ceremony at Behesht Sakineh. Eventually, his body was buried at the Kalak Martyrs' Cemetery in Karaj on January 12 after obtaining a commitment.
Three days after the burial, the Martyrs Foundation contacted the family and offered to declare Mostafa a "martyr," but the family declined the offer.
Mostafa Pourramazan was an employee of a private company and the father of three daughters.

«مصطفی پوررمضان» شامگاه ۱۹دی ۱۴۰۴ در شهرک جهان نمای کرج با اصابت گلوله جنگی به ناحیه سر جان باخت.
به گفته منابع آگاه در گزارش پزشکی قانونی به اصابت گلوله به سر و گردن اشاره شده است. با این حال به دلیل محدودیت در مشاهده پیکر خانواده از جزییات دقیق جراحت اطلاع کامل نیافته اند.
منابع می گویند مصطفی پوررمضان پس از خروج از منزل در همان محدوده هدف قرار گرفته و بنا بر گزارش همسایگان حدود یک ساعت و نیم در محل بر زمین مانده بود تا اینکه شهروندان او را حوالی ساعت ۱۰ شب به یک درمانگاه منتقل کردند.
بر اساس این روایت حدود ساعت ۱۱:۳۰ شب به خانواده او اطلاع داده شد که مصطفی دچار مرگ مغزی شده و به بیمارستان امام علی کرج انتقال یافته است. ساعتی بعد اعلام شد که او جان باخته و پیکرش به سردخانه آرامستان بهشت سکینه کرج منتقل شده است.
منابع آگاه می گویند مدارک هویتی مصطفی بعد از حادثه به سرقت رفته بود و چند روز بعد یک پاکبان مدارک او را درون کیسه ای پلاستیکی در فاصله ای دورتر از محل زندگی اش پیدا کرده و به خانواده تحویل داده است.
به گفته این منابع خانواده در روزهای نخست برای تحویل پیکر با موانع متعدد روبه رو شدند. به آن ها اعلام شده بود که به دلیل حجم بالای پیکرها روند تحویل ممکن است چند روز طول بکشد. در نخستین مراجعه نیز تصویر مصطفی در میان عکس های ارائه شده وجود نداشته و گفته شده بود تصاویر برخی جان باختگان هنوز آماده نشده است. نهایتا پس از سه روز پیکر او تحویل داده شد.
بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی اجازه برگزاری مراسم تشییع در بهشت سکینه به خانواده داده نشد و در نهایت پیکر او با اخذ تعهد در گلزار شهدای کلاک کرج در تاریخ ۲۲دی به خاک سپرده شد.
سه روز پس از خاکسپاری بنیاد شهید با خانواده تماس گرفته و پیشنهاد داده مصطفی «شهید» اعلام شود اما خانواده این پیشنهاد را نپذیرفته اند.
مصطفی پوررمضان کارمند یک شرکت خصوصی و پدر سه دختر بود.
