Concerns have been raised regarding the situation of Amir Khaledian, who has reportedly been on a hunger strike, transferred to solitary confinement, and denied medical treatment. According to reports, Amir Khaledian, a resident of Qorveh and a former detainee of the "Woman, Life, Freedom" movement, was arrested by security forces approximately one month ago and remains in custody.
It has been reported that Khaledian began a wet and dry hunger strike in protest against his detention conditions. Following this action, he was allegedly transferred to solitary confinement in Qorveh prison and has been denied contact and visits with his family. The family's lack of information about his physical condition and exact location has heightened concerns about his health and safety.
Additionally, it has been reported that Khaledian developed a skin condition while in detention but has been denied access to appropriate medical services despite needing treatment.
Reports suggest that security agencies are exerting pressure and making threats to coerce him into accepting charges of "leading protests in Qorveh" and making forced confessions, claims that informed sources say lack legal basis.
Amir Khaledian was previously arrested during the nationwide protests in 2022 and was released on bail after some time. During the protests in December 2025, security forces attempted to arrest him by raiding his family home, but he managed to escape and lived in hiding until his recent arrest.
With the continuation of his detention, hunger strike, solitary confinement, and reports of denial of treatment and pressure for forced confessions, concerns about his situation have increased.
نگرانی از وضعیت امیر خالدیان؛ اعتصاب غذا، انتقال به انفرادی و محرومیت از درمان
بر اساس گزارش های منتشرشده، امیر خالدیان، شهروند اهل قروه و از بازداشت شدگان پیشین جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی»، حدود یک ماه پیش توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده و همچنان در بازداشت به سر می برد.
گفته شده است که او در اعتراض به شرایط بازداشت، اعتصاب غذای تر و خشک را آغاز کرده است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که پس از این اقدام، وی به سلول انفرادی زندان قروه منتقل شده و از تماس و ملاقات با خانواده محروم بوده است. بی اطلاعی خانواده از وضعیت جسمانی و محل دقیق نگهداری او، نگرانی ها را درباره سلامت و امنیت این زندانی افزایش داده است.
همچنین گزارش شده است که امیر خالدیان در دوران بازداشت به بیماری پوستی مبتلا شده، اما با وجود نیاز به درمان، از دسترسی به خدمات پزشکی مناسب محروم مانده است.
بر پایه این گزارش ها، نهادهای امنیتی با اعمال فشار و تهدید در تلاش اند او را به پذیرش اتهام «لیدری اعتراضات در قروه» و اعترافات اجباری وادار کنند؛ ادعاهایی که به گفته منابع مطلع، فاقد پشتوانه حقوقی است.
امیر خالدیان پیش تر نیز در جریان اعتراضات سراسری سال ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت و پس از مدتی با وثیقه آزاد شده بود. در جریان اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ نیز مأموران امنیتی با یورش به منزل خانوادگی او قصد بازداشتش را داشتند، اما وی موفق به فرار شد و تا زمان بازداشت اخیر به صورت مخفیانه زندگی می کرد.
با ادامه بازداشت، اعتصاب غذا، نگهداری در سلول انفرادی و گزارش های منتشرشده درباره محرومیت از درمان و فشار برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری، نگرانی ها نسبت به وضعیت این زندانی افزایش یافته است.
