On September 2, 2023, Gholamreza Asghari Marallo, a resident and cultural activist in Ardabil province, was released from Ardabil Central Prison after undergoing interrogation and being charged, by posting bail.
According to the announcement by the Coordination Council of Cultural Associations of the country, the release of Gholamreza Asghari Marallo took place after posting a bail of 200 million Tomans from Ardabil prison.
Despite posting bail for the release of Gholamreza Asghari Marallo, no information has been obtained about the legal aspects of the charges or the charges made against him.
It should be noted that Gholamreza Asghari Marallo was arrested by security forces at his home on August 29, 2023, and was initially transferred to the prosecutor's office and then to Ardabil Central Prison for interrogation and charging.
Asghari Marallo was previously arrested on October 22, 2022, by security forces in Ardabil province, and was transferred to the detention center of one of the security agencies in this province and after undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was transferred to Ardabil Central Prison and on October 29, 2022, Gholamreza Asghari Marallo, a retired cultural activist from Ardabil province, was released after posting bail.
According to a report by Human Rights in Iran, quoting the Teachers' Association of Iran, on December 20, 2023, Gholamreza Asghari Marallo, a resident and cultural activist in Ardabil province, was summoned to Branch 2 of the Revolutionary Court in Ardabil, upon receiving a summons for trial.
According to this report and considering the issued summons; the charge stated in the issued indictment against Gholamreza Asghari Marallo is propaganda activity against the system through participation and organizing an illegal gathering against national security, managing a group and crowd with the aim of disrupting the country's security and spreading lies and disturbing public minds through publishing false materials in cyberspace and this cultural activist was summoned to that trial session today, December 20, 2023.
در تاریخ ۱۱ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، غلامرضا اصغری مراللو، اهل و ساکن استان اردبیل و فعال صنفی فرهنگیان، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان مرکزی اردبیل، آزاد شد.
براساس اعلام شورای هماهنگی تشکلهای صنفی فرهنگیان کشور، آزادی غلامرضا اصغری مراللو با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان، از زندان اردبیل صورت گرفته است.
همچنین، علیرغم تودیع وثیقه برای آزادی غلامرضا اصغری مراللو، اما از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات و یا اتهام تفهیم شده به وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، غلامرضا اصغری مراللو، در تاریخ ۷ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل خود، بازداشت و برای بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام ابتدا به دادسرا و سپس به زندان مرکزی اردبیل منتقل شده بود.
اصغری مراللو، پیشتر هم در تاریخ ۳۰ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در استان اردبیل، بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه یکی از ارگانهای امنیتی این استان منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی اردبیل منتقل و در تاریخ ۷ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، غلامرضا اصغری مراللو، فرهنگی بازنشسته، اهل استان اردبیل، پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کانون صنفی معلمان ایران، امروز چهارشنبه ۲۹ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، غلامرضا اصغری مراللو، اهل و ساکن استان اردبیل و فعال صنفی فرهنگیان، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای جهت محاکمه به شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب استا اردبیل، احضار شد.
براساس این گزارش و با توجه به ابلاغیه صادره؛ اتهام مندرج در کیفرخواست صادره بر علیه غلامرضا اصغری مراللو فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام از طریق شرکت و راه اندازی تجمع غیرقانونی علیه امنیت ملی ، اداره کردن دسته و جمعیت با هدف برهم زدن امنیت کشور و نشر اکاذیب و تشویش اذهان عمومی از طریق انتشار مطالب غیرواقعی در فضای مجازی عنوان و این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان امروز چهارشنبه ۲۹ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، برای محاکمه به آن جلسه دادرس احضار شده است.
