ماموستا حسن خضری، امام جمعه روستای بیوران علیا از توابع شهرستان سردشت در استان آذربایجان غربی، به دادگاه ویژه روحانیت در شهر ارومیه احضار شده است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که این فعال مذهبی اهل سنت برای دومین بار در تاریخ 13 تیر 1403 به منظور ارائه دفاعیات خود در جلسه دادرسی حاضر خواهد شد. تشکیل پرونده قضایی علیه ماموستا حسن خضری پس از آن صورت گرفت که او در جریان اعتراضات سراسری 1401 حمایت خود را از این اعتراضات اعلام کرده بود و به نهادهای امنیتی و انتظامی در شهرستان سردشت احضار شده بود.
