سجاد ملکشاهی، شهروند اهل قروه در استان کردستان، در بهمن ۱۴۰۲ به دلیل انتشار یک ویدئوی انتقادی بازداشت شد. در شامگاه ۲۳ بهمن ۱۴۰۲، پس از انتشار ویدئویی در فضای مجازی که در آن از فساد سیستماتیک حکومت انتقاد شده و مردم به تحریم انتخابات اسفندماه ۱۴۰۲ دعوت شده بودند، نیروهای امنیتی اطلاعات قروه به منزل وی یورش بردند و او را بدون حکم قضایی بازداشت کردند. در این ویدئو، اشاره شده بود که شرکت در انتخابات به معنای تأیید دزدی ها و فساد مسئولان است.
