Her body was in the custody of the Information Department for a week and they refused to return it to the family for burial until the condition that the burial ceremony was not held, the issue was not reported in the media, and his family denied that he was killed in the media, his body was handed over for burial. نسیم صدقی در ۹ آبان و در جریان خیزش ۱۴۰۱ ایران به دست نیروهای امنیتی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و با اصابت دو گلوله به وسط پیشانی و سینه اش کشته شد. او ۲۳ ساله و درحال گذراندن دوره آرایشگری بود.
بنا به گزارش «انجمن دفاع از زندانیان آذربایجانی در ایران» («آداپ»)، نسیم صدقی، اهل شاهین دژ (سایین قالا) استان آذربایجان غربی که برای دیدن دوره آرایشگری به ارومیه رفته بود که در هنگام برگشت از محل کارش به معترضان میپیوندد و آن جا با شلیک گلوله نیروهای امنیتی کشته می شود.
بر اساس گزارشی از سازمان حقوق بشر آذربایجان (AHRO) حکومت ج.ا روایت دیگری را با عنوان کشته سازی و استرداد شخصی تحت عنوان قاتل بنام کسری مددی از امارات خبر داد. اما واقعیت چیست؟ بنابر اطلاعاتی که از منابع موثق و بسیار نزدیک به خانواده مرحومه دریافت کردیم نامبرده اهل شاهین دژ بوده و یک روز قبل از کشته شدن در تماس با دوستان خود از قصد خود برای شرکت در اعتراضات اورمیه در روز ۹ آبان خبر داده بود. روز نهم آبان به شهر اورمیه که محل کارش نیز آنجا بود میرود و عصر همان روز در برگشت از محل کار و در محل اعتراضات با چهار گلوله مورد حمله پلیس قرار میگیرد و کشته میشود. جنازه وی بمدت یک هفته در اختیار اداره اطلاعات بوده و از استرداد آن به خانواده جهت دفن خودداری میکردند تا اینکه بشرط عدم برگزاری مراسم تدفین، عدم رسانه ای کردن موضوع، و تکذیب کشته شدن وی در رسانه توسط خانواده اش جسد وی جهت دفن تحویل میگردد. پدر خانواده تهدید میشود در صورت رسانه ای کردن موضوع جان دختر دیگرش در خطر خواهد بود. حال رسانه های وابسته اطلاعات و در صدر آن قوه قضائیه مدعی دستگیری قاتل وی گردیده و حادثه کشته شدن وی توسط شلیک مستقیم پلیس را کشته سازی میخواند. این در حالیست حتی دوستان و خانواده وی از انعکاس هرنوع خبر در خصوص وی منع شده بودند و اشخاصی هم که در همان موقع خبر قتل وی را منتشر کرده بودند از طریق نهادهای امنیتی احضار و تهدید شده و مجبور به پاک کردن خبر قتل خانم نسیم صدقی شده بودند.
