According to Human Rights in Iran, on Friday 16 June 2023, Ali Adinezadeh, the father of Abolfazl Adinezadeh, along with the sister and uncle of this teenager who died during the 2022 protests, were arrested by the security forces in Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi province.
According to an informed source in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "While the family of Abolfazl Adinezadeh was present at their son's grave on the occasion of his birthday, the security agents suddenly attacked and violently behaved, Ali Adinezadeh father, Marzieh Adinezadeh sister and Reza Adinezadeh uncle of this deceased teenager were arrested and beaten."
It needs to be mentioned that Ali Adinezadeh was summoned to the court before.
As of the moment of writing this news, there is no information about the place of detention, legal examples of charges and the name of the arresting body of these people.
On June 20, 2023, he was released on bail, and on June 27, 2023, Mohsen Vahidian Azimi, the investigator of branch 903 of the Mashhad General and Revolution Prosecutor's Office, charged him.
